I wish I could remember what yarn this is, but whatever it is it’s gorgeous. I’ve been looking out for a way to use it since I don’t want to fudge it up and I’m not exactly an expert crocheter at this point, but two days ago I found the perfect pattern. It’s really easy, simple, and you can use any yarn and gauge for it which is perfect!
It’s here: Zen and the Art of Stash Diving.
I don’t have any great pictures of it since I am feeling rather fuzzy brained today, but here’s one anyway.
Really really simple. Voila.
Today was my first time organising the local Stitch and Bitch which was a lot of fun – if exhausting! Dad helped me drag the tables upstairs and set out to chairs, then Sophie helped out with ample tea-making duties. So many people brought cakes that my head is one giant sugar headache right now! I also got to meet the lovely Holly who had messaged me on Ravelry about coming along so that was nice. All in all a very pleasant evening.
